Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA services for children with autism. The role supports families with behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning and safety while documenting progress in an electronic system.

Pay is $22.00–$30.00 per hour for part-time afternoon shifts (2pm–8pm). English and Spanish language skills are preferred. Tuition assistance and ongoing training enhance growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• In-home 1:1 ABA services for ASD.
• Data collection and reporting on an electronic system.
• Strong communication with families, supervisors, and admin.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors.
• Collect and submit data on the electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families and teams.
