Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking an in-home/ community-based ABA Therapist in Kirkland, WA. You will deliver 1:1 therapy to youth with developmental disabilities, under BCBA supervision, implementing ABA-driven goals and tracking progress.

Eligible candidates should hold a CBT certificate, have a preferred Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills. Valid license and reliable transportation are required for community visits.

Qualifications

• Certified Behavior Technician credential required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement ABA-driven treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help and social skills.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and protect confidentiality.
