Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home and community ABA services in Aurora, CO. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on autism, under BCBA supervision.

The position offers both part-time and full-time hours, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour. Occasional travel and in-person work are required to deliver effective interventions.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for effective care coordination.
