Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Ogden, UT. You will work directly with children and adolescents with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

This role emphasizes delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, and promoting positive behavior change in everyday settings. This position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
