Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clients' homes or community settings, with flexible part-time hours and same-day pay.

You will record session data, collaborate with a clinical team, and help clients achieve independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans.
