Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one behavioral interventions in the homes of children with autism, under BCBA supervision. The role involves data collection, ongoing training, and regular communication with supervisors.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and hold an active RBT certification, with weekday and weekend availability to support families enrolled in our provider network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• Active RBT Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Communicate regularly with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
