Job summary

Applied ABC, a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency, seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in home settings for children with autism. The role operates under the supervision of a BCBA and includes ongoing staff training, data collection, and regular updates to supervising clinicians.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience, with a BA in a related field or current progress toward relevant education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience required.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under supervision.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect and record therapy session data.
