Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. seeks a friendly Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy to children with ASD in California, under supervision. You’ll implement programs, track progress, and help families build essential communication and daily living skills.

Part-time (10–15 hours/week) with flexible after-school hours. Pay ranges from $23–$28/hr. Voluntary benefits available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits completed or equivalent.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus; RBT certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to travel between client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors.
• Engage and support children during therapy sessions.
