Job summary

Noble Hearts HR Consulting Inc. is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA sessions in Palmdale, CA. Part-time position with flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours offers training provided and opportunities to help children with Autism and related developmental needs.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement tailored behavior plans, collect data, and support families in reinforcing positive skills, with mileage reimbursement and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• No prior ABA experience required; training will be provided.
• Interest in working with children and adolescents with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Patience, empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and instructions from a supervising BCBA.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting progress.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with professional communication.
• Availability for flexible afternoon, evening, or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Implement plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Develop communication, social interaction, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members to support goals.
• Help families understand and reinforce strategies as directed by the BCBA.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and development.
• Maintain session notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Follow company policies, ethics, confidentiality, and regulations.
