Job summary

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (ABA/Autism) to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA services to children with ASD. No ABA experience required; training will be provided.

Part-time, flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours in Lancaster, CA 93535. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support families in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• No ABA experience required; training provided.
• Interest in working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and listening skills; reliable and patient.
• Ability to follow treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work in-home settings.
• Flexible afternoon/evening/weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Maintain session notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team to support goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
