Job summary

A dedicated therapy organization is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to adult clients with developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician or Direct Support Professional is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes is required.
• Must pass background check and any state-required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with adult clients in their homes, implementing individualized behavior support plans.
• Follow programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Collect and record data on behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors for effective service delivery.
