Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy in Sharpsburg, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares and community settings. You will implement skill-building programs tailored to each child.

Expect data collection, progress tracking, and detailed session notes. The schedule is 2:00 pm–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with no weekend work and opportunities for part-time or full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training for ABA content and critical thinking.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in data collection and writing detailed session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings including in-home.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed progress notes.
• Implement individualized ABA programs and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support outcomes.
