Job summary

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Lindenhurst, New York. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA to support development and daily life.

The role involves delivering in-person ABA therapy, following BCBA-designed plans, and collecting progress data, with supervision sessions and team trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Active CPR certification (Required).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
