Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Valley Stream, New York. This in-person role involves working with children in their homes, applying ABA techniques under BCBA supervision to support development and daily living skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children in therapeutic or educational settings.
• CPR certification is required.
• RBT certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Aufgaben

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
