Job summary

Windwatch Behavioral Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our Bay Shore team. You will provide in-home ABA therapy to children, under the supervision of a BCBA, to support development and daily functioning.

This part-time, in-person role in Bay Shore (4:00pm–6:30pm, weekdays) offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to pursue RBT certification with support. Mileage reimbursement and benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with children is essential.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

Skills
