Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join our team and deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement behavior-analytic interventions, track progress, and collaborate with the clinical team to support each child’s goals.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and opportunities to gain supervised experience toward BCBA/BCaBA pathways. Access to a supportive clinical team and referral bonuses is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working with clients.
• Willingness to learn and a genuine passion for helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
