Job summary

Prospera Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families through ABA therapy in-home.

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans, track data, report progress, and collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes. The role requires compassion, patience, and strong communication; you can work independently in the client's home, with hourly pay between $17 and $25.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.
