Job summary

Riopathway Therapy Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in the Rosenberg area. The role is part-time with afternoon/evening hours, providing direct one-on-one therapy to children in their homes under BCBA supervision.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and a passion for helping children with autism. Travel to client homes in the Fulshear/Katy area is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress during sessions.
• Support clients in communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend supervision sessions, training, and team meetings.
