Riopathway Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. This part-time role in Rosenberg, TX, involves afternoon/evening hours and supervision by a BCBA to implement individualized plans in a family-centered setting.

The ideal candidate will have an active RBT certification and a HS diploma, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Fulshear/Katy

Qualifications

• RBT certification must be active and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in in-home settings with supervision.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes in Fulshear/Katy area.
• Ability to pass background checks and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement behavioral intervention and skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress during sessions.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques to encourage skill development.
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBAs.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Attend required supervision sessions, training, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.

Location: Rosenberg, TX.

Position Type: Part-Time | In-Home ABA Therapy

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–8:30 PM

Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour

Job Summary

Riopathway Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This position provides one-on-one, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children develop essential life skills, improve communication, build independence, and reach their fullest potential. RBTs will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress during therapy sessions.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques to encourage skill development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in an in-home setting while following clinical supervision requirements.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes in the Fulshear/Katy area.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements.
• Availability to work during afternoon and evening hours, between 3:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
