Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home services in Paxton, NE and surrounding Keith County. You will deliver one-on-one ABA interventions, support families, and help clients achieve their individualized goals.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team. Prior RBT certification is required; we provide ongoing guidance and supervision to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities
