Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Nebraska and surrounding areas. This part-time opportunity emphasizes flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and options for immediate professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include direct skill-building, data collection, and collaboration with families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working
• High school diploma or equivalent demonstrated readiness for ABA support roles
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
