BK Behavior in Paxton, Nebraska is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our client-centered ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, record session data using electronic devices, and support families to reinforce skills between sessions. Part-time hours and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Experience with children with Autism encouraged.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
