Job summary

The Treetop, an in-home and clinic ABA therapy provider in La Grange, NC, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. You’ll deliver one-on-one ABA sessions in home or clinic settings, track progress, and support families with behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
