BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individual goals through ABA services. Positions start part-time and offer flexible scheduling with opportunities for advancement within a robust clinical team.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA therapy, recording data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team to implement care plans in clients' homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
