Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking registered behavior technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children, in clients' homes or community locations, working closely with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.

No experience? No problem—paid training is provided. All positions start part-time, with flexible scheduling and Same Day Pay so you can access earnings right after clocking in and out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
