Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home ABA services in Cleveland, GA. The role involves working Monday to Friday evenings with a focus on compassionate client care and data-driven practice.

Must have reliable transportation and an active RBT certification. Responsibilities include implementing ABA protocols, collecting data, and collaborating with the supervising BCBA to tailor learning materials for clients and families.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more experience as an RBT.
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number.
• Active driver license.
• Willingness to commute to our clients' locations.
• Experience with Catalyst is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on the client’s behavior.
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in the preparation of the client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.
