Job summary

Spectrum of Hope is seeking registered behavior technicians to work in-home with children diagnosed with autism in the Fort Worth, Texas area. You will implement structured sessions, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs to build meaningful care plans.

Ideal candidates are caring, reliable, and comfortable engaging with children on the floor during play and learning activities. A high school diploma is required; driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must for in-home visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in childcare, education, or caregiving is a plus.
• Willingness to work in-home with children diagnosed with autism.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans.
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive.
• Track progress and learn to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans.
