Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings, following plans established by the BCBA Supervisor. You will collect data, implement treatment procedures, support parent training, and participate in ongoing trainings and assessments while upholding ethical and HIPAA policies.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, must have or be willing to obtain RBT, be able to travel between homes, and have experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; RBT preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience performing 1:1 work with clients; ABA background beneficial.
• Data collection and reporting skills required.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings.
• Follow treatment plans set by BCBA Supervisor; prepare materials and protocols across multiple domains.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA Supervisor to review goals and procedures.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and notes using data collection software.
• Review and implement supervision note recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and families as needed.
• Track supervision hours and renew RBT certification as required.
• Adhere to BACB Ethical Code and HIPAA policies.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for sessions.
