Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children's homes under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes direct interaction with children, collecting data, and implementing individual intervention plans.

The position requires at least 1 year ABA experience, a BA or pursuing relevant education, and a valid RBT certification. Shifts include Friday 4pm-7pm and weekends 10am-2pm, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in children’s homes.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory BCBA.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
