Heartland ABA is seeking an In-Home Applied Behavior Interventionist (Training Provided) to support clients in Jefferson City, Missouri. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, implementing skill-building and behavior plans under supervision.

The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling partnerships. No experience? Paid training is provided and clinical team support is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference.
• Patience and compassion are essential when working with children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
