Heartland ABA is seeking an In-Home Applied Behavior Interventionist (RBT) in Blue Springs, MO. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording data to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
