Job summary

Heartland ABA in Blue Springs, MO is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients at home and in community settings. We offer part-time roles, flexible hours, same-day pay, and paid training to help you grow in ABA.

Ideal candidates commit at least 6 months, bring patience and compassion, and hold or are willing to obtain RBT certification. You will work with a supportive clinical team, record session data, and contribute to meaningful progress for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
