Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network of ABA professionals who work directly with children in home settings. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized ABA plans and collaborate closely with a supervising BCBA to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires at least one year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field (or current pursuit), and availability during weekdays and weekends for home visits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience is required.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Weekday and weekend availability for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans in homes.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory BCBA and team.
• Collect and enter therapy session data for progress tracking.
