Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans directly in clients' homes.

The role includes ongoing staff training, regular communication with supervisors, and data collection to track progress. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required, with opportunities for career growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
