Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our in-home ABA therapy services. You will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and communicate with supervisors to tailor interventions for children with autism.

Weekday and weekend availability is required, and you will participate in ongoing ABA training opportunities, with access to RBT preparation resources and career advancement support within our clinician-owned

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience required.
• BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
