Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism in Smithfield, NC. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized intervention plans, and participate in ongoing staff training to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or progress toward related education, and a valid RBT certificate or completion of a 40-hour ABA course.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• Valid RBT certification or 40-hour ABA Course completed.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
