Headrise ABA in East Orange, NJ is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy to a six-year-old boy, following BCBA-developed plans.

You will track progress with data, support communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to ensure consistency.

Part-time role with flexible scheduling (Mon-Thu 4:30-7:30 PM) offering $18-$25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus, plus occasional travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred; background check required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
