Job summary

Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy to an eight-year-old girl in Woolwich Township, NJ. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, track progress with data, and support communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

The role offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Thu 5:00 PM–8:00 PM), with pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour and a $200 sign-on bonus. Background checks and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
