Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-to-one ABA therapy for children with autism under BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes direct client interaction, data collection, and adherence to individualized intervention plans.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of ABA experience and an active RBT certification. Availability on weekdays and some weekends is required, with ongoing training and professional growth opportunities within a clinician-owned network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Ability to work directly in homes of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
