Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network and seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes under BCBA supervision.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with the supervisory team. Case hours are Mon-Fri 12-3pm, with possible weekend coverage. We offer training and career growth in a clinician-owned setting with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience in home-based or clinical settings.
• BA in related field or current pursuit of relevant education.
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans in clients' homes.
• Collect and summarize therapy session data for supervisor review.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBA and staff.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Provide weekday and occasional weekend coverage as needed.
• Ensure safety and adherence to treatment protocols.
