Headrise ABA in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver in-home, one-on-one therapy after school hours. The role offers pay of $18–$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling, including part-time opportunities.

You will track client progress with data collection and collaborate with families to ensure consistent treatment, while supporting development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology a plus.
• ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
