Job summary

Bounce ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services for children in Hazlet, Freehold, and surrounding areas in New Jersey. The role offers a negotiable hourly rate and part-time flexibility with after-school hours.

Work is scheduled for Long Branch area with a 3:45pm–6:45pm, Monday through Friday window, focusing on 1:1 interventions, data collection, and collaboration with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior ABA Therapy experience is preferred and beneficial.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines.
