Job summary

Bounce Therapy is seeking an energetic and reliable behavior technician for in-home clients in South Amboy, NJ, or Hazlet, NJ. This part-time position offers a pay rate of $28-30 per hour, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Your role will involve implementing behavior intervention plans, working directly with children, and collaborating with their families to ensure progress. Prior ABA experience is required, and candidates should have a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
• Availability during after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Work 1:1 with children in their home environment.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines.
