Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) in Bloomfield, New Jersey. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00–7:00pm, and delivers in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA plans.

Compensation is $18-$25 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus. You will track client progress with data, support skill-building in communication, socialization and daily living, and collaborate with families for consistent treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's in Psychology a plus.
• Previous ABA experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
