Job summary

Headway Services is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA-developed plans for a 3.5-year-old child in Riverside, NJ. The role is part-time, with hours Mon-Fri, 2 hours daily, from 2–6 p.m., and offers competitive pay.

You will track progress with data, support communication and daily living skills, and work closely with families to ensure consistent treatment. Support and supervision come from experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans.
• Track client progress through data collection.
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living.
• Collaborate with families for consistent treatment.
