Autism Behavioral Center is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with individuals with ASD in home and center settings, implementing behavior plans and collecting daily data under supervision.

The role offers part-time and full-time options with hours after school, on weekends, and occasional day shifts. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $26.50 per hour, with benefits after 90 days including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Energetic individuals passionate about working with those impacted by ASD.
• Organized and able to follow behavior plans.
• Responsible and timely, with a positive attitude and room to grow.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• As an ABA Behavior Technician you will work 1:1 with 1–2 individuals with ASD in home and at our center, implement a behavior plan as instructed by your direct supervisor, and perform daily data collection.
• Support through data collection and progress reporting to the supervisor.
