Job summary
Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that delivers in-home and center-based services for children with autism. We are seeking a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one behavioral plans under the supervision of a BCBA, in clients' homes, with weekday and weekend availability and a focus on accurate data collection and ongoing learning opportunities.
The position offers daily supervision, access to exclusive training, and opportunities for career advancement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
- BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
Responsibilities
- Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
- Regular communication with supervisory staff.
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Weekday and weekend availability.
- Collect therapy session data.
