Job summary

Mastermind Behavior Services seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home across Hamilton and Plainsboro, NJ. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

The role requires completing the 40-hour RBT course, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation for local travel. Training, paid certification assistance, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress; collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
