Responsibilities

• Ensure flights are delivered to customer requirements in the most efficient and safe way
• Perform pre-flight checks using customer or internal checklists
• Coordinate with drivers for on-time loading and handover to crew
• Produce daily catering delivery reports and keep production sheets up to date
• Train new hires and manage daily scheduling to control overtime
• Maintain ramp safety procedures and ensure all drivers wear PPE
• Assist with inventory and ensure accurate billing information
