Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to work in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver OT services to help individuals regain function and independence.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and support growth through mentorship and ongoing CEU opportunities. This role offers a supportive, patient-centered workplace with Visa/Green Card sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in facility settings.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Collaborate with peers and refer when appropriate to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
